Hi! I’m Catriona Rowley but everyone calls me Cat.
I’m a former Primary School and Dance Teacher turned tech-loving online business owner. Teaching is my superpower and I believe technology should make running your business easier, not more stressful.
Everything I teach is practical, beginner-friendly and designed for real business owners who don’t have endless hours to spend learning complicated systems.
No fluff. No unnecessary tech.

- Creating a brand, using social media, creating and sharing a lead magnet, setting up and using your email service provider, and starter website creation

- The training will grow by one course a month which means you actually have time to implement what you're learning. Training will cover:
- Getting found - creating a podcast, using Pinterest, building a YouTube channel, taking part in bundles/summits, and creating and editing video
- Building your commuinity - building your list with bundles/summits, strateigic email sequences, evergreen email sequences, using tidycal/Google Calendar, using Voxer/WhatsApp, and using Zoom/Google Meet
- Working smarter - using AI without losing yourself, AIO/SEO, creating images/clipart with AI, creating automations and sequences,
- Selling more - selling through Kit/MailerLite, using ThriveCart/Teachery, ecommerce, Etsy
- Group video call once a month to ask all your tech support questions from "How do you use Google tabs?" to "How do I sell using Stripe on my website?". If I can answer it in the video call and walk you through it live I will. If I need to do a more in depth video/hide sensitive date etc then I will record it after and add it to the training vault (the group call will be recorded and added monthly too)
- Monthly Voxer day (same day as video call) in case you can't make the live but still have pressing questions, or more questions after the live. You can use this as coworking time if you'd like some accountability too
- Opportunity to submit questions once a month for a specific video training (included with your access to Digital Foundations membership but as a Launchpad member you can ask all the hard questions and I'll add it to the Digital Launchpad vault if it's not within the scope of Digital Foundations)
